Large stainless steel flower planter with tulips, daffodils, daisies, and poppies in a handmade walnut-stained maple box. Metal art by Aiden Dale.

Artist Aiden Dale with his oversized stainless steel flower planter sculpture, a larger-than-life bouquet of flame-painted metal blooms.

The handmade soft maple planter box is stained with a deep black walnut finish, grounding the composition and giving the illusion that the flowers are truly sprouting from the soil. Hidden within the box are the bases of each bloom, their stems disappearing into wood just like a living planter.

The cast of characters is delightfully eclectic:

  • Two tulips in shimmering blues and purples with golden interiors.
  • A fully golden daffodil glowing like sunlight.
  • A fully silver daffodil gleaming in the natural color of stainless steel.
  • A daffodil with silver petals and a golden center, bright and balanced.
  • A daisy with silver petals and a golden center, its hand-ground seed details sparkling in the light.
  • Two poppies, one fully gold with blue accents, the other silver with golden and blue hues, each crowned with an intricate stamen bundle.

Together, the flowers create a dynamic display — cool tones against warm, polished silver against flame-painted golds and blues. The effect is both playful and elegant, a living arrangement that never wilts.

This stainless steel planter sculpture makes a bold statement piece for any home, gallery, or public space. For collectors of stainless steel flower art or anyone who dreams of a garden that lasts forever, it’s a bouquet that never fades, a burst of springtime captured in steel and wood.

This sculpture is free standing and should stay inside.
